Love this Place! Always fresh always hot and love that they close on Sunday!! Our a Favorite fast food place. The milkshakes are also delish!!

Always a pleasure to go there. Food always hot and good. A bit overpriced but u get what you pay for. Dining room hosts are so nice, always around to refill drinks and even offers to clean your tray.

The one on route 4 is a lot slower than the one on route 40, but food is still good.

Foods great and service is pretty quick. Sometimes gets really busy, but the line is always moving. Just lots and lots of customers, shows it's worth the wait. The parking lot can be a hassle, I recommend parking at wawa or using the drive thru.

Food is good; parking, traffic, & drive-thru flow were poorly designed for the volume are easily overwhelmed. The staff does a phenomenal job turning the drive thru line as quick as possible, but the line can block several parking spaces at peak times. Also, getting back out to Rt 4 at the end of the BofA work day is disastrous. If you love CFA food, going here at busy times will make you earn it!

Delicious food and amazing service!!Traffic pattern getting in and out could be better, bit probably just what the County allowed.When the weather is nice, they have employees come out for the drive through service which really speeds up service... And they are SUPER friendly!!

Chic fil a is the best spot in my opinion for fast food so far

Food is always good. They have never messed up my order. Everyone is very nice and professional.

Is there a such thing as a bad Chick fil A? Nope. This Delware location keeps the streak alive. They did mess up my order, but had it fixed in 2 minutes. Not a big deal. Place was clean, people were friendly and food was excellent. What more do you need? Love this place.

Stopped yesterday for a late lunch. Dreaded the lines in the drive thru due to the pandemic, but once I said Chik-fil-a my kids didn’t want anything else. I am so so so impressed with the organization, the speed and the friendliness of the entire experience!! Ogletown-Stanton store staff you are doing an outstanding job!!

Deluxe sandwich meal with chicken nuggets always the best combo. If you want it more healthier, wrap would be your choice.

Today was my first time visiting this Chick-fil-A and I must say I was impressed with the customer service provided. The team was outside in the cold taking orders and they remained professional. I appreciate the service and this is one of the first Chick-fil-A's that I've been to that I didn't have to wait for my order. Great job!

Line out the store at lunchtime and they got us in and out quickly. As usual, the food was great.

I visit here all the time, they may start recognizing me. I hide my face in shame. I bring my meal back to my desk at work to devour the greasy delight as I shed a single tear. "Never again will I show my face to this establishment after ordering 57 nuggies and being told I can only have 12 unless I am ordering catering ahead of time", "wow what a great option, catering as well", I whisper to myself. "What was that?" The worker on the intercom asks. She must have heard me murmuring to myself."Nothing, I'll have the 12 nuggies, thank you", I said...."My pleasure"

Friday, night who feels like cooking dinner? So I stopped by this Chick-fil-a to pick up a quick bite for me and family. When I got there, the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. So I decided to grab a parking spot to go in to place my order. We all know what can happen in the drive thru (Joe Pesci). The line to order was backed up to the door, as well as a group of people standing on the side waiting to receive their orders. Fortunately, the line moved quickly. The cashiers were friendly and greeted you with a smile. My order was repeated back to me for accuracy. I stepped off to the side and picked up my condiments and a short time later received my order. My order once again was repeated back for accuracy and everything was in the bag. Thanks guys! Great job!

Love love Chick-fil-A love your grilled Chicken and my favorite your waffle fries and love your Ice tea but I wish to see more flavor ice teas in the future but even if I have to wait at times in line I don’t mind but it has improved a lot. I can wait for more location here in DE.

As usual Chik-fil-A's food and service is exemplary. I really appreciate my hot food being served hot. The staff is always cheerful. Very important, especially these days, is cleanliness. I noticed staff cleaning tables with disposable wipes, much better than other restaurants whose tables are all wiped with the same cloth.

Although the drive thru line was around the building, the staff were super friendly (of course) and efficient in handling our order, payment and food. Took 6-7 minutes total! Even gave extra sauce. Super impressive!

The chicken sandwiches are okay I like the spicy deluxe the best and the breakfast options are my favorite things about Chick-fil-A

It's a difficult parking lot and drive through to get in and out of but in typical Chick-fil-A fashion the food is good and the staff is courteous. Please just be cautious and use the mirrors they have setup to watch for people leaving the gas station.

How good that Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich was and how friendly the workers were you guys definitely get a four-star rating. I would have made it five stars but we also ordered a 12 piece chicken nuggets... It says so on the receipt that we ordered that... Yet we didn't know that wasn't in the bag instead someone decide to put 4 chicken tenders all the way in the bottom of the bag lol.

Always good quality. Online ordering was a new experience. Streamlined the process, and avoiding waiting in a line. This location has very kind staff (though I wouldn't expect less from this business). This location pulls in a lot of customers so I recommend online ordering for sure. Despite the previous sentence - food has always been promptly received. The workers may need more space to move though. Behind the counter seemed a little tight.

This Chick-fil-A is the best! You can get your food very fast to go even if there's a long line inside or out you get your food and you can sit down and eat or take it home in a short amount of time! Staff is well trained and very polite. I don't know how they do it but they are trained great, more fast food places should have training like this!

I enjoy the chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-A I’d like it without pickles though I don’t know why they put pickles on a chicken sandwich it’s a good size sandwich but you pay for that size I recommend it.

Good food but the mobile order took too long I was waiting for over 10 minutes.

I used the drive-through. A friendly employee met me before the order speaker came into view. She offered me a menu from which to choose my items. She then took my order, asked if I would like any sauses or mayo, and explained where my order was in regards to the line, and which car I should follow.I followed the instructions, bypassing the speaker menu. Another cheerful employee verified my order, and took my payment.I then proceeded to the pick up window, where my order was delivered, promptly, correctly, and with a smile.The entire proceedure took under 6 minutes.The food was hot and tasty, as usual.

I must say Chick-fil-A does a good job of handling a rush. They were pretty busy when we arrived but we moved through the line quickly, placed our order, took a seat and our meal was brought to the table in a very reasonable amount of time. We were about half way done eating when two coach busses with a Maryland youth cheer team, parents and coaches arrived. They were lined out both sets of doors and they were all served and seated in about 10 minutes. Good job Chick-fil-A.
